I looked at them to see them crying but i nodded at them before breaking free from my mum and struggled with my luggage out of the house. Ken grabbed my shirt immediately i got to the balcony

KEN: please don’t go brother **he cried**
ME: **sported in his front** stop crying **fighting with my own tears** everything will be okay, you hear?

KEN: **nodded**
ME: have this **handing him a flash drive** you will like its content. Take care of yourself for me

KEN: i will and take care of yourself too
DAD: lock the gate
He shouted on phone to the computer operator as he rushed outside with my mum and siblings and i couldn’t help but marvel as i could see tears on my dad’s face. I pushed my luggage toward the gate and pressed the open button on the remote that i picked from the computer room and pushed my luggage outside before throwing the remote into the compound and it shattered
DAD: bring him back here or else don’t return here **he shouted while i looked back only to see the driver rushing to the car**
I checked my time and it was already some minutes after 8pm and everywhere were very dark. I began to contemplate where i will be heading to; either to seek refuge with the twins but that was a no go area and so the only option that i have was only with Liza. Our car stopped by my side and the driver came out
DRIVER: let us go home please **he pleaded with pity**

ME: i only want you to do one thing for me and if you can’t do it, then you have to leave me alone
DRIVER: what? I will do it
ME: just take me to that place you dropped me the other time
DRIVER: but oga said that i should bring you home?
ME: then return home
DRIVER: **shrugged** okay, let us go but i will come pick you tomorrow
He put my luggage into the boot and we drove off while i keep on playing with my phone thinking of everything but i never regretted what i did, i equally did it for the sake of peace. For the sake of my siblings
DRIVER: but why will you leave? Everybody and even oga were crying but you couldn’t return back **he started while i formed adamant**
DRIVER: why are you even doing this thing, don’t you think that it will affect you? **he asked me while i still kept silent**
DRIVER: i think you are even very stubborn **he spoke the one that broke the shell**
ME: will you shut your stupid mouth? **i shouted at him in anger**
DRIVER: i am sorry sir
ME: sorry for yourself
I couldn’t control my anger and i felt like breaking the man’s head. I glanced through the mirror and could see Liza’s compound at a walk-able distance
ME: drop me here
DRIVER: but it over there
ME: drop me here i said **i shouted at him**
DRIVER: okay sir

He quickly brought the car to a halt and rushed down like he was under armed robbers attack as he brought down my luggage. I carried my luggage to the gate and dialled Liza’s number after making sure that she could not see my luggage whenever she comes out

LIZA: why are you calling me by this hour? I think you don’t want to collect your property
ME: i am at you gate to have the gift Liza
LIZA: do you think i have time for any joke with you?
ME: i am honest girl
LIZA: what on hell are you looking at our house by this time?
ME: what you have for me
LIZA: i think you want to rape me if not, why can’t you come by the day
ME: just shut up and get yourself here and if you don’t want to give me the gift, you can keep it for yourself **i angrily shouted**
LIZA: i don’t blame you. If not for my mum that said that the gift must get to you, do you think you could be able to shout at me?
ME: you are pissing me off Liza
LIZA: hold it there. No more insults from you. I am on my way to give you your d--n gift and that will be the last time i will talk with you
