I found myself in a state of total confusion. I don’t know what to say. The day has been a greater terrible day for me. She was keen to know what was going on between us, i shouldn’t have told her but i don’t want to lose her, not after losing Tracy because of my own foolishness

ME: she is a family friend
ANNA: a family friend? **surprised** but nobody ever know that you are close at school and why was she angry immediately she saw me?

ME: she was here to help me and she has a little problem with somebody on her way here. Maybe she would be surprise to see a girl visit me

ANNA: i see. But why did she go to the room instead of joining us here?
ME: you know that she was hurt and don’t want to course any more problem due to her nature. Since we were here, she never talked to me sef **i lied**
ANNA: okay, that is alright. How are you doing with your sickness now?
ME: getting better
ANNA: i can see it in your eyes; you don’t even look like some one that was sick. But Ben, what have i done to you to be abandoning me like a tick? Am i not beautiful or you don’t love me? But remember all the things you were saying the day that i accepted you. You were professing heaven on earth for me. But what brought about the sudden change of character. Have i done anything wrong? Or have you discovered anything bad about me? Just tell me and i will correct myself. Anything i will do for your sake
The girl was really on my nerves and i don’t have a genuine complain to give to her. She has done really well in keeping her patience but what brought about all this today still confuse me. There is something wrong somewhere

ME: i have nothing against you Ann
I held her to myself and she rested her head on my shoulder. She later left after i promised to keep on with her under her request. Immediately she was gone, Evelyn emerged from the room all dressed in white with her luggage. I was very surprised because i don’t know what she was up to

ME: what is the meaning of all this ** i asked with frustration**
EVELYN: i am going because it seems that i don’t have a place in your life **she coldly replied**

ME: who told you that?
EVELYN: you think that i am a fool? Since, it was Tracy and now it was this one. What did you even take me for? Don’t you know that i have feelings?
ME: it is not what you are thinking?
EVELYN: then tell me lies, i am ready to believe your lies. You want to deny that you don’t have anything doing with that girl?
ME: you come to conclusion quite fast. I wooed the girl, yes, but that was when i was frustrated. I don’t know what i was doing. But that was all; i didn’t know that the girl will fall in love with me. She has been trying everything to get to me but i kept on avoiding her. I never know that it will turn out like this
EVELYN: you don’t know that it will turn out like this? You actually don’t know the value of yourself. Which girl will have the chance to be with you and not be desperate to keep you for everlasting?
I couldn’t answer her before a knock came on the door, i exchanged glance with Evelyn. I wondered if it was Anna that returned.
EVELYN: who is there **she shouted as she walked angrily to the door**

She opened the door and to my relieves, it was Charles. He entered while Evelyn apologised to him

ME: how far guy
CHARLES: the worst have happened **he said as he stared at the floor**
ME: **alarmed** what happened?
CHARLES: Tracy is pregnant
