Finally i excused joe cos i couldnt wait, was reali excited.

JOE: Hey man am kinda busy ok, u should find yourself someone to keep you busy

ME: Joe you knw what???

JOE: What man, say it he said impatiently, i dont have all have all day

ME: lol well lemme just say some gurl aproached me, i got all tensed up and shy

JOE: you know what man…… just be yourself for now i’d give you some line when am done, quickly rushed back.

Pheeeeew joe you cant just leave me now, i just went back to the hall and i saw a punching red bag that was hunged there. I moved closer and threw punches at it, it didnt move a bit, wtf!!! I took of my hood of and began to hit it hard, finally it was moving. I smiled to my self kept on hittin it, real hard and i was having a good time down here.

Finally i was tired, and staggered back a little, moved toward the bags to collect Joe’s water.

Just then i heard clapping sounds, i turned in a quick reflex and saw dera siting on the other end of the hall. Omg!!! lord plsss am not ready for this yet, i prayed silently.

ME: hey! dera how long have you been there? I asked shyly

DERA: As long as you can you can imagine dear.

ME: jooooooeeeee!! I yelled in my mind was kinda confused, i just smiled and said reali??

DERA: you look like a newbie from the way your hitting the bag.

ME: actually today’s my 1st day, wait a minute you mean i didnt hit it properly??? I asked curiously

DERA: Perhaps a demonstration will do, she walked straight to the bag and hit it hard, it move back and forth.

ME: wooow your so strong dera i said smilin
DERA: Its easy dear, the energy comes from your feet, she demostrated spreading her legs a little and hit the bag again. Comon give it a try.

ME: I moved closed to the bag, with the exact posture she showed me, and hit the bag and it moved. I kept hiting it and it moved farther and farther.

DERA: Wooow your catchin on pretty fast. This time she held the bag and i began hitin it hard. I was feeling so good and engrossed in the fun,i was jst concentratin on the bag, it was like she was staring @something, when her hands slipped forward, before i could stop the punch it landed so hard on the back of palm, and she screamed in pains
