Phillip was stunned, he hadn’t seen anyone so beautiful just like a goddess. He had always said Benny was the most beautiful girl he had seen apart from his mum.

I ….I don’t know. he stammered. He was embarrassed big time, he had behaved like a dummy. I have never felt this way with anyone not even with Benny he thought.

Sophie; What do you mean?

Phillip : Are you okay?

SOPHIE : yes

Sophie could not hide her smile. She had never been this close to a guy, she didn’t even talk to them.

Sophie had started crying again, phillip blamed himself for asking her about it.he did all he could to stop her when she didn’t he had held her close and hugged her.Just like magic it worked..Sophie was too embarrassed to look at him when they disengaged, it was her first time to hug a guy apart from her dad. Am sorry Philip said when he noticed the uneasiness on her face.

Phillip; That was the only way i thought you could stop crying.

Sophie; it ok

Phillip; damsel can i ask you for favour

Sophie; (in her normal voice) do you ask favour from people the first time you meet them?

Phillip : No, except for this damsel before me

Benny was tired of searching so she had decided to go home. just then an idea popped into her mind, let me call his line
Philip phone started ringing, she heard the ringing, he was closer than she thought. She turned only to see phillip with a girl, they they were backing her.She felt so jealous that she couldn’t even conceal it.She walked up straight to them
phillip she called

Benny; What are you doing here

Phillip:I should be asking you that

Benny; Let’s go

Phillip; not now please

Benny; you are choosing a total stranger over me?

Phillip didnt say anything instead he stood up and left. Benny gave Sophie a deadly look and ran after phillip.

not too long after they left Sophie also left. She had to take a cab home something she had never done.

She knocked the gate gently
Madam welcome, the gate man said.
