Henry was at his office,it was 12noon lunch time.Though he could take his lunch at any time,it was his company. He was a prominent doctor,he several branches of hospital. Money wasn’t just his problem. He had thought of his daughter,he knew she was hurt ing because of his actions but there was nothing he could do.Not that he was too busy to have time for her,he could decide to live the hospital at any time.Whenever there was no difficult operation that needed his attention. But something made him not to go home.He was saw priscillia in her whenever he look at her and he just couldn’t help it.If only priscillia had known he had fallen for her for a very long time maybe she wouldn’t have left him.But his pride could nt make him say those words “I love u”.

Henry had just returned from London when his father told him about priscillia,his friends daughter who he wanted him to Marry.He was business partner with the Douglas and wanted his business line to remain prosperous. Henry bluntly refused that he had a girlfriend who he was madly inlove with.His father had refused to reason with him.

priscillia was the only girl of five children.Her parents had insisted she get married to Douglas first son priscillia did not argue, though she was a beauty quuen she wasn’t even close to having a boyfriend.But her first visit to the Douglas family made her have a second thought.The first time she visited them, she was treated badly by Henry. She couldn’t believe such an handsome guy was that rude.She cried back home promising herself not to have anything to do with him. But she eventually changed her mind because of her mother’s pleading.She had told her that her father has been sick but they hadn’t told her about it because they didn’t want her and siblings to worry. She didn’t want her father to die, so she was ready to do anything to make him live longer. The next day, she went to the Douglas and begged Henry to marry her.It only prompted Henry to call her cheap slot.
But with the intervention of both parents they actually got married. Getting married to henry was one of the biggest mistake priscillia made.He only hated her more.They never lived like married couples. They had their different rooms. Priscillia did not neglect her duties as a wife but she eventually stopped when he only used every opportunity to insult her.She started living like she was all alone in the house.
One night Henry had gotten home dead drunk,Priscillia had slept off on the couch while reading a novel.When Henry saw her in his drunken state.He couldn’t resist her,that was how he slept with her . Though priscillia knew when she started feeling someone’s touch but she didn’t make any attempt to stop him.Beside he was her husband and she had fallen for him even though he maltreated her. They both acted like nothing had happened, but when Priscillia tommy started coming up she had begged him to love her child.

I know you don’t love me but please for the sake of my child.I dont want this baby to grow up without your care.She had already started crying,Henry was touched so he had to hug her and promise to love the child.When Sophie was born they had started acting like couples to the amazement of every body. Though they still slept in their different rooms. They lived in pretence. Henry was already deeply inlove with her but he couldn’t bring himself to say it.Till that fateful day he cheated on her.He didn’t mean to do it but he met faith his ex.It was a painful experience for priscillia because she caught them red handed.She could not believe it , he had promise not to cheat.She was tired she needed a real marriage not a marriage of pretence. She divorced him though she could not comprehend why he even pleaded when he didn’t love her.
