Suddenly, she strewed up her food as
something crossed her mind. She recalled
her visit to the hospital some weeks
before her marriage and she remembered
what the doctor had told her concerning
her husband’s status. He had azoospermia
and from her research, she was able to
gather her husband wouldn’t be able to
impregnate a woman. Her fork clattered on
her plate as she instantly grew cold. She
blinked her eyes and raised her eyebrows so
high that they vanished into her
asymmetrical fringe. Something didn’t seem
right and at the same time, something was
adding up. She fingered the curled tendrils

She typed the name and typed some details of

those talks about his workers.
She submitted it and shut her eyes as she
seriously hoped it would yield a productive
result. The laptop beeped and she opened
her eyes, staring at the screen to

running and it had found someone with the
name “Tessy Ekpo”-A female, twenty-four
years old and worked in her husband’s
company! Vera read her background history
and her personal details. Her address
wasn’t detailed enough as it had just
displayed ‘Lagos’
First things first, she must get to her
residential address by all means the next
day. She sighed in blessed relief and just
hoped she got to see her in person.
She really wanted to save her marriage.
She still loved her husband.
