As she stepped out of the building she called Rob and he described a Gold coloured Audi jeep, she saw it and walked towards it and attempted to open the door but it didn’t she looked in and didn’t see anyone she was a little confused if she was mistaken and then she felt someone touch her shoulder and she turned and saw Rob with two ice creams in both hands
“Sorry went to get you an ice cream” he said
“Thank you” she said and collected one; he opened the door and they got in. Cynthia really admired the car as she looked around
“This car is beautiful”
“Yeah thanks” he said
“Wait Rob how did you get this car? You must be a very senior personnel in the company”
“Yes I am”
“I would like a car like this. Tell me how much is it?” she asked and Rob laughed
“Why are you laughing?’” she said
“The car is actually 26million naira” he said smiling and she grew dumb immediately for like 3secs staring at him and they both busted into laughter
“Rob so you were laughing because you know I can’t afford it abi?” she said
“No baby, it’s the look on your face” he said
“What look?’
“after I mention 26million you froze” he said and they laughed
“Yeah of cause, the prize of your car is suffocating” she said and he busted into laughter
“Please Cynthia lets just go” he stared the car and drove off…
They arrived in the police station and went into the DPO’s office
“Good morning Sir” DPO said standing
“Good morning Mr. DPO” he said shaking him
“Have a seat” DPO said stretching his hands
They both sat down on the two chairs
“So where’s he please?” Rob asked
“He’ll be here soon sir” DPO said; the door opened and a police man entered and Joshua followed behind with another police behind Joshua
“Hey come here show your face in front” DPO said to Joshua who walked to the DPO & stood in front of Rob
Cynthia froze at the sight of him & as he saw her he was surprised
“Cynthia?” he said looking at her
“You know him?” Rob asked her, she was silent
“Cynthia do you know him” Rob said again
“That’s the Fredrick I told you about” she said; Rob smiled
“So you are also Fredrick” Rob said but he was silent
“We had a relationship in Delta but I found out he was married” she said
“Married? Joshua are you married to Rita” Rob said
“Who would marry that bitch. I married Bimpe” Joshua said
“What? You mean Bimpe” Rob said
“Yes” he smiled
“Do you know her?” Cynthia asked
“Yes, actually I was in love with Bimpe at that time I and Joshua were still friends, so I told him I wanted to talk to Bimpe but he told me bad things about her; how rude & wicked she was which made me leave her but he jumped on her and when I found out it destroyed the friendship” Rob said
“Fredrick you are something else. I can’t believe I dated you” Cynthia said
“So you are married and you were still seeing Rita outside your marriage” Rob said
“Yes that was the agreement between Bimpe & I. That I would sleep with any woman I want and she will sleep with any man she wanted but we also do our thing too. The only person I didn’t sleep with was Cynthia who was proving stubborn” he said
“So why kill Rita?” Rob said
“She was going to spoil everything, I collected some important document from you through her worth millions of dollar and those document have been sent abroad and very soon I’ll be free from here” he said smiling
“(Laughs) Joshua you have always been a fool, the document she stole for you were expired contracts, I removed the real one. So be sure that when those document arrived Europe your prison terms here will increase” Rob said laughing
“What? That’s impossible” he was surprised
“Yes it is. Joshua why are you so focused on destroying my company? I have never done you any harm or your company” Rob said
“Actually you have. You never allowed people notice my works, all the world do is chant “Roblyn Orfeitlis!!” and forgetting others” Cynthia couldn’t believe what she heard. “So Rob is my boss” she thought to herself
“Rob? Are you the CEO of Total oils” she asked looking surprised
“(Laughs) so you don’t know who you were dating? He is so boring” Joshua said
“Shut up you bastard. You good for nothing camouflage bastard. All you do is go around deceiving women that’s all you know how to do. Rob here is the best man I have ever known. You are a complete dumbass, you couldn’t even compete in business world and you decided to cheat & even after cheating you still didn’t get there, this only proves that you are a complete waste to humanity. Am sure even God would be regretting why he wasted his resources on you” she said angrily and left. Joshua was silent in pain of those words
“DPO please make sure this man is brought to justice” Rob said standing up
“Of course sir” he replied standing up too Rob dipped his hand in his right pocket and brought out 2 huge bundles of $100 notes
“DPO please have this keep up the good work” he said handing the huge money to the DPO who’s widened in happiness
“Thank you sir” he said happily, he has never been giving such money in his life
Rob looked at Joshua for 8sec then left the office.
“You’ll die here” DPO said to Joshua
“I have money too, I am rich” Joshua said
“You think this is all about money? Am sorry this is about Justice & Righteousness. Get him out of my office!!” DPO said to the police officer who pulled him away……
Rob steps out of the station & walked to the car, he saw Cynthia sitting in the car staring at nothing. He walked over to her side of the car, opened the door; she looked at him then looked down at her feet
“Are you angry with me?” Rob asked
“No am not” she said
“Then why the sad face”
“It’s that useless Fredrick”
“Just forget about him”
“He’s the last thing on my mind. I just feel like why the hell did I date such a guy”
“We all learn from our mistakes” he said holding her hand as she stepped out of the car
“So you are the CEO of total abi” she said hitting his chest lightly, he smiled
“So that’s why you have been giving me all those good treatment”
“No I haven’t known you then. Even when we met twice at the restaurant I didn’t know you. It was when you called me and said your boss wanted to see you, then I knew that you were the girl I asked to see”

“I love you” she said looking into his eyes
“I love you too” he kissed her…………
