Hanna POV

I sent Laura and Sonia to get me somethings in the house, Anthony offered to take them to and fro.

I and Kayode lodged in the same hotel. We used different rooms though. I was ready for the court wedding as I stepped out in my beautiful make up and accessories. my little bride and other maids of honor were to come from their houses. Laura was my best lady, it was only me and her that slept in the hotel. Since she was taking long to return and I couldn’t wait to get married, i packed my gown myself and climb into the car waiting to take me to court. I suddenly remembered i didn’t take my phone, i had to climb up the stairs to my room.

Picking up my phone, something struck me. I haven’t seen my groom today and i wanted to catch a glimpse of him before the world sees him.

I stood at his door and chuckled silently, i was laughing at what i am about to do. I adjusted my gown and wanted to know when I heard a familiar voice scream “No, Kayode!”
I relaxed my muscles and started eavesdropping. It was Kayode and Feranmi.
“Baby, it’s not for life, you know I love you, Hanna started suspecting, I couldn’t get her to pay more” He said, probably on his kneels.
“I love you Kay, why would you make this happen? I actually thought it was a joke when I saw the invitation cards, so you want to marry her for real?”
“Give me 12months, i would deal with it, let me just get her to pay and we would have everything to ourselves, I can’t even think of loving her, someone that can’t cook?”
My artificial eye lashes threatened to fall off from excess tears. I whipped my face and knocked on the door, he opened for me and the pretence continued.

“Baby, you are hot, look at my bride” He turned me around, Feranmi sat on the bed and I wish I could just strangle her.
“Feranmi, wa ni suru ni oo, ti e ni mon se”
(Feranmi, you would have to be patient, I am doing everything for your sake)
Right in front of me, they are still making vows to each other, can someone tell this fools that i understand Yoruba?

“Mtcheeew, Amo sha, owo da, laleyi na? Afi bi abuke oloyun, ko lewa kan kan”
(Mtcheew, if not for money, this one? she looks like a pregnant hunch back)
Kayode laughed, he was licking my neck all along and telling me how hot i was.

How do I handle this now? I am going crazy.
