He kissed me softly, I wondered if he was going to make love to me in his presence, I don’t know what Ambrose think of me right now, I just cooperated. Donatus kept ranting and wailing at the corner he was made to sit.
Ambrose stopped kissing me and got up my body.

“Because she’s not a w---e, I would respect her and her body” He stretched a hand towards me and i held in it as he pulled me up.

“If I am hungry for her, I would have her but not in your presence”

He told me to lead the way back to our room, I did. He dragged Donatus behind him. Donatus had a black eye and multiple marks on his body. I really pitied him.

Ambrose tied him to the only chair in the room, he tore one of my gowns rope and tied his legs firmly.

He dashed out of the room leaving I and Donatus.

“You should have just apologized to him, now see” I knelt in front of him holding his legs.

“Where you truly a virgin before marriage?” He asked ignoring my sympathy.
“Yes” I nodded and he licked his lower lips.
“No wonder he’s mad over you. I wasn’t expecting things to go bad like this, he’s not even punishing you” He said as fresh tears escaped my eyes.

I heard heavy foot steps from Ambrose’s suede shoes, I quickly moved far from Donatus and continued crying. He soon showed up in the room and stared at me for a while. He was holding an electric iron.
“Why’s my wife crying?” He asked no one in particular. I and Donatus kept quiet, we don’t have an answer to that.
“What did you do to her again? You are the reason for my wife’s tears” Ambrose rushed at Donatus and pressed the iron into his neck. It was then I knew how hot the iron is, Ambrose must have plugged it to the socket before bringing it upstairs. I was touched, I am very emotional and I couldn’t help but go down on my kneels and hold Ambrose’s leg.

“Baby please,, let him be please” I pleaded crying into his legs.
Ambrose lifted me up and pushed me into the wall, he clenched his fist and lifted it up towards my face. I shut my eyes tight waiting to feel the impact of the blow on my face. Nothing happened, I slowly opened my eyes and I saw him staring at me. My heart raced, those stares were too sexy for me. I know he was still angry but their is a part of him that would always help him resist hurting me.
He dashed out of the room with the iron, I exhaled. I couldn’t imagine what would have happened if he hit me. He has never done that to me before. The worse he has done is choking me. I can’t even stand that masculine hand of his hurting me, that same hand cuddle and carried me. I fell on the floor and Donatus still had the guts to laugh.
“You are such an he goat” I barked at him.

My husband soon return, he made me stand by lifting me up from the waist. He stuffed a clothe in Donatus mouth and dragged me out of the room. he locked the door and moved towards the stairs. I need not be told, i had to follow him.

He flag down an empty cab and called the name of an hospital, what are we going there for? Maybe to treat the bruises on his forehead but, I needed to ask anyways.
“Ambrose” I called out once we sat at the back seat.

“Don’t! Don’t you ever call my name” he yelled not looking at my face. My saliva became hot and threatening to drool out of my mouth if I parted my lips. He sat at the extreme end of the taxi leaving another passenger space between us. I wanted to touch him but I dare not, he was seriously boiling.

The taxi stopped to pick another passenger and Ambrose refused, he offered to pay for all the empty space but the driver said the passenger happens to be his aunt and he would have to pick her up. The old lady opened the back door and Ambrose pulled me close to him with one hand around my waist. I giggled with the way he pulled me into him.
