Dial - Season 1 - Episode 73

There…
Oh Lord, no, no, no! Help me get over this urge!
She was sleeping naked, and I stood watching her for a very long time, and then my eyes went to the far end of the room where my bedroom desk was, and on it was my MacBook…which contained my Dial List!
“Don’t do this, Yao Biko,” I whispered despairingly to myself. “Please, don’t do this!”

I actually made it back to bed, and began to reach out to hold her, but somehow, the demons in me took over.

I knew she was special, a good woman I should treat differently, but my sickened mind, my diabolic love for the Dial List, simply took over, and I couldn’t stop myself as much as I tried and fought the crazy urge!

Slowly I got out of bed and walked over to my desk. I sat staring at the laptop for a very long time, and then I sighed and slowly opened it with trembling fingers.

With a groan of despair, and then I powered it on.
I fought it…

So very hard, I did fight it, but it was a lost battle, actually.

The Dial List was too important, and I was so addicted to it…and Dede was too beautiful, and her connection to Akos, on the list, was too powerful to ignore.

I just couldn’t restraint myself any longer.

I picked up a remote on the desk, then I pressed a button.

It activated the cameras in the room, and I could see Dede lying on the bed, one of her legs propped up, her thighs slightly open so that I could see the essence of her.

I activated the computer feed on my MacBook, connected directly to the camera feed, and then I began to unload nude pictures of Dede Nortey into my HONEYZ folder.

Later, I cut her nude photos out of HONEYZ, navigated to my DIAL list, and then I put them inside a folder I named Dede.

I could not help it, no I couldn’t.
Oh, Lord! Dear God, help me, help me! Not Dede, please!

It was a lost battle, though.

I entered the DIAL document, and then I hit Number 46.

I typed it out:
46:: DEDE OF WOWO, AUNT OF AKOS OF WOWO.
I was so sad staring at it, and so I quickly saved the document, and shut down.
I walked to the bed and slipped in beside her.
She purred and snuggled closer, and I held her tightly.

I drifted off to sleep…eventually.
And then, I came awake suddenly.
Something had awakened me!
My eyes fell on the luminous face of the bedside clock.

It was exactly four o’clock in the morning.
And there was a loud television sound coming from the living-area!

I wondered I had left the television on the previous night. But even if I had, its volume wouldn’t be this high, and certainly not that of cartoons!

I never ever watched cartoons!
Had an intruder breached my impregnable security system?

I opened the wardrobe under the bed, a secret compartment, and took out my gun. Walking on tiptoes, I went down the corridor to the living-room and threw the door open.

And then I gasped audibly at what I saw!
Nana b0s0mba of Wowo, dressed in a white batakari and black trousers, was sitting in my living-room watching cartoons on my television.
I stopped breathing for a split second as I blinked hard, and then closed my eyes for a long time and opened them again.

Yes, Nana b0s0mba was right there in my living-room!

My mansion was probably the best protected fortress in the country, if not the continent. My father had invested in security, and I had continued, and so the house was fortified by the best imported security system.

This system included a complete lockdown facility that enabled highly tempered steel sheets to descend from the roof and enshroud the whole building, making it impregnable!

I had activated full lockdown before I entered my bedroom!

My eyes scanned the security console against the far wall, the console that controlled every entry into the house.

All the lights were blinking green, indicating no breach!

Nana b0s0mba had not used any of my entrances…and yet he was sitting comfortably in my living-room watching cartoons and laughing with real mirth!

Impossible!

Unbelievable!

Madness!

The television was tuned to Cartoon Network.
Tom and Jerry was showing on the screen loudly, and Nana b0s0mba was watching and laughing gently to himself.

Terror gripped my heart!

Yes, real terror gripped my heart that very instant!
