Ttech: she is fine, she just left some minutes ago.


Me: why nah, you promised to bring her over to my place to see her nah.


Ttech: no vex, she said she have to see her uncle immediately. So I had to let her go. Don’t worry when she comes next time… I will bring her over.

Me: OK… So how was her performance?

Ttech: stay there nah. What about your girl that you told me about.

Me: you mean bukola?

Me: she is on her way. I will alart you when she is around.

The turning of the door handle increased with immediate effect until the door opened. This time, my heart was on my month. Stella was no more dragging my cloth, she was holding me tight from the back. Immediately the door opened, I saw Ttech with a swollen face holding table knife and at the same time, blood was dropping out of his hand.

Ttech: ( silent )

Ttech: ( moving closer to me )


Stella: Tunji please you don’t need to do this, think of what you are about doing.


Me: I thought we were more than a friend, I never knew that you are a monster, bastered.

Ttech: ( silent)


Me: I won’t fight you bastered, if this is how you wanna end it, so be it.


Ttech:( finally closer to me)


Me: what are you waiting for, slaughter us, do it man, get on with it man.

I knelt down in front of Ttech, so he can carry out his mission. Stella was also kneeling beside me, I was saying some prayers within me when I felt someone lifting me up. I opened my eyes only to see Ttech lifting my to hands up.


Ttech: you know I can’t hurt you rely, we are brothers, so we need to look after each other.


Me: (flabbergasted) what the hell are you talking about?


Ttech: we need to leave now, we don’t have enough time.


Me: hey slow down, they guards are outside, if move an inch here, we are dead meat.


Ttech: you wanna die here right, hell no! I won’t allow that. See, all the guards went out, nobody is around. We need to move now.


Me:( we hugged each other) thanks man, I never knew you came for me. You know!, Am sorry for all the bad words I voiced out on you. Am sorry man


Ttech: No time for this. Let’s go.


Me: wait!! What happened to your hand, why are you bleeding?

Ttech: ( looking at his hand soaked with his own blood) this happened when I was trying to open the door, I wasn’t with the key, so I tried opening it with this table knife.


Me:( felt so emotional ) you did all this for me, I won’t forget bro.

I hugged Stella while Ttech was stirring at me and her. We left the room to find our way out. We got to the last staircase when I remembered that AY was missing in our mist.


Me: Ttech where is AY?


Ttech: I don’t know, I thought he was with you guys.

Me: as you can see, he is not here.


Ttech: rely, we don’t have much time, this guys we be back soon, this is the only chance we have. We need to go.

Me: are you saying we should leave AY behind?

Ttech: I didn’t say that.


Me: I can’t leave AY here to die, we are going home together. We need to go and look for him upstairs, am sure he be in one of the rooms.

Ttech: OK, let’s make it fast. But?


Me: but what?

Ttech: if we didn’t see him in the next 120 seconds, we will leave!.


Me:( move closer to Ttech and looked straight into his eyes) we gonna see AY, or else, we are not leaving here.

Stella: you guys should stop this and go.
We ordered Stella to watch the gate from a window beside the staircase.


Ttech: once you see anything, whistle to signal us.

Stella: OK, goodluck.

We left the staircase and went upstairs in search of AY. Where he might be was what we don’t have clue of. We searched about five rooms but we couldn’t find a trace of him. We had no time left and we need to go. This was the only opportunity we had. But we can’t leave AY behind. He is a blood, we can’t abandon him.


Ttech: are you sure he is still in this house?


Me: my spirit tells me he is here, I have strong feeling about that, AY is here.


Ttech: we have searched all the rooms here and he was no where to be found.


Me: but we haven’t search down stairs.


Ttech: let’s go and make it snappy.
We was about moving downstairs when we had a noise from a strange room we never remembered to search. What was making the noise was what Ttech and I cant explain. We tried so had to open the door which we didn’t succeed. Ttech tried the same strategy he used to open my own door. But he nearly cut his hand off with the knife.

We later opened the door. We saw AY and other four people in the room. Three girls and a guy .AY was so excited to see both of us.


Ttech:( after sharing some hug) we need to go.

AY:( looked at me) thanks man.


Me: ( silent)


Ttech: we need to go.

We all left the room to go and meet Stella downstairs. On my greatest surprise, we couldn’t find Stella beside the window anymore.


AY: where is she nah?


Me: I don’t no, we left her here so she can take a watch.

Ttech:( peeping through the window) listen, they are not back yet, let’s move down to the gate and check if she is there. She might go down to check and be sure if Desmond and his gang is coming.

One of the three girls: yes, that’s a good idea.

We went downstairs immediately, we all headed straight to the gate, immediately we let the gate open, we saw Desmond holding Stella on her hand with a gun pointing on her neck.


Desmond: don’t move, if any of you dares to make a step, I promise you all, I will gun that person down.


Me: God…….
