I was on top of the world. My dreams came true right there and then. Jennifer loves me.

The mind of a woman; she obviously had been in love from the get go, she just needed to confirm by meeting me. I even didn’t need to start asking her out and all that. She wanted me and made sure to play it like I wanted her.

Ha! Women. Anyway, what more do I need? “Jennifer, are you sure about this? U know my status.” I asked again, to double check. “I know ur status, dear and I don’t mind. As long as it lasts, I’m urs” she finished. If she had asked for a limb, I’ll have gladly given her there. “Invite me to ur house 2day” she said. “Okay but 2day is a sunday, would u be chanced”I asked. “For u, I’ll be chanced after church” she said. “Okay then, ua humbly invited to my house today after church” I joked. “Its a date” she said. We laughed, gisted and joked around. I could sense a whole new bond been made. We felt closer, more open to each other. I would start off a sentence and we would finish the statement the same way, the same words. She knew what I think, I know what she thinks now. I’m loving this and can’t wait till “after church” we gisted up to 4:30a.m and mtn unceremoniously gave me a tone to mark the end. “Jenny, I gotta sleep.” “Me too” she replied sleepily. “I’ll see you soon, my love” she continued. “I’ll be waiting” I said.

We bade ourselves farewell and ended the call. After a moment a text came in “Sweetdreams love. Can’t wait 2see you. I love you” to which I replied “I love u too”
