I look at him with hatred, I was already boiling hard in me. he was
just staring at the ground like someone that steal meat for maami
market.

I was already lost in thought when I felt a think grab my shoulder
hard, I winced in pain and was release. I look up and saw the Man in
my front he look at me and turn to my friend. he bend down and press
his thumb on his eye like he want to remove his eye ball, he turn back
at me and start laughing hard while his members also start laughing
with him I was already getting curious about the cause of there
laughter, when I look down and realize I have pee on my trouser.

you know him ?? the man said pointing at my friend.

I just nod my head a bit and he face him
where’s my package. ? he said
looking at my friend with bloodshot eye
not too long we started hearing gun from outside and later it subdue.

he motion on one of his guy go release me
while my friend was carried up and tie to the ceiling one of them
bring a knife forward and hand It over to me.
all I could he is shout from my back. kill him kill him.

I look at them like they were acting film when the man come to my
front and collect the knife from me he was about to murdered my friend
when police barge into the room and we where all apprehend. including
the man and his gang we were taking outside where there’s many
lifeless body on the floor with blood everywhere. Carry man was
outside taking record and filming everything we where hand cuff and
thrown into there waiting van.

I was just thinking about how my life got complicated since I left the
village to the city now to no Mans land. only god know what will be
happening at home.

I was already lost in my thought when the van stop moving and we where
brought down I was already on the queue looking around when I sight
the girl that help me in the first place among the crowd at the
entrance of the police station. on sighting me she started moving
forward pushing people away, it my turn to enter the station when she
catch up on me with two police office following behind.

I was later transferred to the hospital when they discovered that am
kidnap from the hospital while My friend and the Gang was sentence to
death by hanging without any further delayed.
I felt pity for my friend instantly, there’s nothing I can do to save
him from the mess he put himself into. If only I have know I shouldn’t
follow him to the city in the first place.

I was transferred back to Nigeria after staying some days receiving
treatment in Cambodia. my friend is dead, the girl that help me and
his family left Cambodia due to the fear of being attacked by the
gang.

on getting to Nigeria I was apprehend by the Immigration officers buy
was later release when they hear my story.
I found my way back to the Village to start my life back Afresh.
