I look window and saw the beauty queen, i wonder were she keep her
bike wey i nor see am, i took my new samsung android and step out,
wearing only trouser and singlet, i open the gate for her as she
approach.
Me: dear how far?
Edna: am cool, very cool like ice.
Me: do you want to come in?
Edna: go in? Haha, not me lets just sit were we sat last time” she
said and walk to the sU-Ckerway and balance herself there, sitting down
and crossing her leg like lady Gaga, she open her bag, i think
somthing good is in there i peep to see what is inside from where i
was standing, she brought out suya and open it, she started eating.
Edna: wont you come and Join?
Me: i thought you wont call me.
Edna: oh you were waiting for me to call you before you join?
Me: of course, dont want another power bike tracking us tommorrow evening.
Edna: hahaha, i wasnt tracking you actually i was following you, come
and join baby.
I join her for where she sat down, as we sama the suya together, and
yes the suya sweet well well, we even get suya wey no they sweet self?
oh yeah, i remember one wey i taste for aba, oh boy i almost vomit,
the thing no make sense at all, make i nor mention the name of the
place, i nor wan spoil business oh.
We ate in silence and i was praying for the suya not to finish.
Me: na were you buy this suya?
Edna: na for AP.
Me: the thing make sense oh.
Edna: they know their stuff well.
E get to a point and we started rushing because the suya don they
finish, she took two at a time and put in her mouth.
Me: whaaaat?
Edna: what?
Me: you doing partial.
Edna: so?
I took the paper from her hand and run, she ran after me and yes she
sabi run well well, she pursue me to the road, just because of small suya
inside a little paper, we ran to okene road, getting to the filling
station she stop.
Edna: come back here.
Me: not until i finish this suya.
She turn to her left and started going.
Me: where are you going?
Edna: to buy more.
Me: with leg?
Edna: no with my bike.
Woah, i ran after her, and she pick race, running to nowhere in
particular till she stop at one uncompleted building, she enter back
of the building and i follow her, i get to the back and saw her
already sitting on her bike.
Me: why did you keep your bike here?
Edna: because i dont want them to trace me.
Me: you are a mysterious human being.
Edna: hahahaha me and you who dey mysterious pass?
Me: what if they steal it here.
Edna: they can’t open it.
Me: don’t say that oh, because
this is naija and anything is possible.
Edna: na you sabi, make them thief am
and see if they can tell another person
the story.
Me: hmmm wicked girl
Edna: abeg commit that stick for road joor.
Me: na you put am there?
Edna: yes in case of anything.
Me: I think say you nor dey fear.
Edna: na you sabi.
Me: you nor go carry me?
Edna: if you like no enter na.
