Unavoidable Nemesis

Later in the evening around seven when it’s getting dark, I put on full wear and took the pill and some
injections inside my big bag, I took the injection from my sister who is a nurse, I put them inside my
hand bag and came out from my room and lock my door, I won’t be coming back till I have complete my
mission, I will be sleeping at Mercys place for now since she’s traveling, I have stayed there countless
times and the neighbors know me well, I took keke from MCC to tonimas, I came down and started
walking inside the tonimas, almost getting to umuode primary school I turn right to Mercys house, the
children staying there came to welcome me as usual, I greet her neighbors and walk over to her door to
open it, I opened the door and before I relax on the bed I took the pieces of paper on the table and on
my touch, I look at the strange map and then I laugh, knowing where Adaeze is hiding, she’s hiding in the
same place where I don’t expect at all, an underground tunnel inside ariaria market, oh well ariaria is big
and there are many things going on there that we don’t understand, the way mercy draw the map it
looks like there are many underground tunnel in the market, the center one is where adaeze is hiding.

I will go around nine in the night when everywhere is quiet because I know they normally close before
seven, it won’t be easy but I think I can manage, I have done things that are more dangerous than this,
am afraid but that cannot stop me from carrying my evil act.

Calling it an evil act I really don’t think if it’s evil because am trying to save the world from calamity, I
think it’s a good act because with the way I suffered from adanna am not ready to go through that pain
again.

When everywhere was quiet I took my bag and hang it around my hand, I was about to leave when I
saw anointing oil on the table, I didn’t want to take it but when I remember how the anointing oil saved
me from adanna then I quickly took it and place it inside my bag, on my way I bought two cold nutri
milk, they don’t normally seal nutri milk so I open one and put the powdered pill inside, I didn’t put all of
the pill I kept some and then I shake the drink very well and put it back to my bag, I took the other drink
and then I started drinking it on my way to ariaria international market alone, I was following house to
house because if I dare follow main road the vigilante will surely catch me and arrest me, the market is
not that far from tonimas and before thirty minutes I saw the old market gate, everywhere was quiet
and there was no light, all stores are closed and there is no sound from anywhere, no moon and no light,
I was using my small nokia as touchlight, it wasn’t that bright but at least I can see where am going, the
drawing from mercy map start from aba/portharcourt road and then she draw the market, as I enter the
market I check the map to know where am going, I move with caution because am the only person here
or maybe there are other beings that I can’t see.
