Unavoidable Nemesis

“Yeah, am not ready to be a father now so yes I want to remove it” I said.

“Hmm so how did you know about the drug because it’s really rare” she ask.

“Come on my sisters and my mum are nurse, do you really think someone like me don’t have connection
after living with nurses and doctors all my life?” I ask.

“Connection man, and you still can’t connect me to one of your doctors right?” she ask.

“Do you want to go to Edo state, because that’s the only place I have connection” I ask.

“I will if the money is good, here is the drug” she said handing the drug to me.
“Thanks a lot I appreciate” I said.
“And the money?” she said opening her hand.

I gave her money and we talk about other things, she made me promise to take her out next week, I
know she wants me but I don’t have her time and I don’t want her to be a prey too.
After the outing we walk outside to wait for keke or bus that will take her to her side.
“Anything happen no call me” she hold her ear as a warning sign.

“Is it that dangerous?” I ask.

“Anything that takes life is dangerous, I just hope your baby mama to be will be alright” she said.

“I wish both of them can even die” I wisper slowly.

“What did you just say” she ask looking at me.

“Nothing, just a slip of tongue” I lied.

I stop bus for her and she enter, immediately she leave I ran home hoping to meet adaeze but she was
gone, that means if she manage to transfer the baby this night there is no way again for me to kill it,
what am I going to do?
