Unavoidable Nemesis

“No wahala I they wait” he said and enter his room.

I was bored after cleaning up and since I have nothing to do, I took fifty box and enter match center
opposite pioneer (ashawo joint). I watch match till six I wasn’t even ready to go but when my phone
started ringing I got up and walk outside, I don’t even know the number but I pick it anyway.

“Hello” I answered.

“Why is your room shinning and where are you?” she ask.

“Adaeze” I said.

I cut the call and walk home to meet Adaeze sleeping in my bed using my laptop to watch movie.

“So who won?” she ask.

“Wetin concern you for who win?” I ask.
“Relax, my pastor said we should support our husband and encourage them to watch match because
that’s one thing that makes them happy” she said.

“You, your pastor? Abeg I nor wan laugh” I said.

“So you think I don’t go to church eh?” she ask.

“Na you sabi, where do you even live?” I ask.

“So it’s now you want to ask me? And you are my father oh” she said.

“Last time I came back you were gone, I was worried because there is no way to contact you” I said.

“Oh well I went to morocco” she said.
“To do what?” I ask.

“Carrying this baby on my tummy is a pain in the head so I went to morocco searching for a spell that
will make me transfer the baby from my tummy to another cell just like my mum did” she said.

“What, is it not dangerous?” I ask.

“No its not, my mum did the same thing and am I not still alive now?” she ask.

“Yeah but I think carrying the baby on your stomach is better, beside you can also boost to the baby how
you carry her on your tummy for nine months, women always like to say that to their baby” I said trying
to make her change her mind because if she transfer the baby then there is no chance for me again to
carry out my plan.

“Oh yeah am not like other women okay, and also I felt there is danger coming so I have to be ready,
now I can’t be ready when my stomach is heavy” she said.
