'Tinsel' Season 10 Episode 2172 Recap - Aired: Monday 20 November 2017

Bimpe comes to Ene's place.
She complains that Damini is still not talking to her because of that small thing.
Ene reminds her of what she did.

Bimpe says he's out of town for a conference.
Ene says he has a valid reason.
Bimpe says he's not in outer space so he can still get in touch.

Ene says Bimpe and Damini need to sit and talk when he gets back.
Nero is home.
Tony comes to see him and apologises for coming late.

Nero says he hopes Tony can one day see the
potential he sees in him.
Tony thanks him for believing in him.
Nero tells him to be careful of the people he hangs around with because they wouldn't want to see him move on.

They leave for the office.
Shina comes to Ziggy's and asks for free drinks.
Obiora and Frank refuse.
Shina says they will regret it when he becomes famous after winning the Parita competition.
They don't budge.

He tells them he's going through a lot as Soji kicked him out of the house.
They tell him it's a pity but still refuse to give him the free drink.
Dikibo is in the office.

Dr. Gyang comes in.
He brings Dikibo a gift from his trip to Seychelles.
It's a hat.
Dikibo thanks him and tells him that Amaka has been really nice to him.

Gyang asks if he has forgotten all Amaka did.
Dikibo says this is the Amaka he always wanted and if she's willing to do all this, then it's something worth saving.
Gyang tells him to be careful because if Amaka had her way, she would be with Nero by now.
la!de is having a production meeting with the staff.

Amaka walks in and asks if she's interrupting.
la!de says they are rounding up already.
Amaka announces that she no longer wishes to be addressed as Amaka Ade-Williams but Amaka Horsfall.

The staff clap.
la!de makes a face then congratulates her.
Serena returns to Brenda's place and Brenda heaves a sigh of relief.
Serena says she just wants the divorce and doesn't want things to be difficult.

Brenda offers the services of her lawyer.
Serena gets a surprise call from Chief's lawyer.
After the call, she tells Brenda that Chief has agreed to the divorce.
Brenda says finally.

Bimpe sees Damini in the office and rushes to him in excitement.
He is cold towards her.
She asks why he's still sulking after all this while when she should be the one upset.
He says there's no reasoning with her that's why he has been silent all week.

Bimpe says she already apologised.
He says she went through his phone, followed him around and embarrassed his friend yet she fails to see what the big deal is;he can tolerate her craziness a lot of the time but he won't be that guy that's constantly stalked by his crazy girlfriend.
He walks away.

Sheila is at home.
She's on the phone with Yaya.
She asks how Monica is doing
Yaya says they seem to be getting along.
Freddie walks in and Sheila stops talking.
She nervously asks how he's doing.
He says he's fine.

She ends the calls with Yaya and receives a message on her phone.
She's surprised that there are hashtags trending online for Dr.Darego to get justice.
Freddie says he didn't want to tell her but he has seen the messages too.

Nnenna is with Charles in the office.
Nero comes in with Tony and Nnenna leaves.
Nero introduces Tony to Charles.
Charles welcomes him warmly.
Freddie complains to St. John that he thinks Sheila and Yaya are hiding something from him.
St John asks what he thinks they could be hiding.
Freddie says maybe something with Sheila's case
St John tells him to trust that if it's what he needs to know, he would be told.

Charles introduces Tony to Oris and tells Oris to show him the writing process.
When Charles leaves, Oris asks Tony what his favourite shows are.
Tony says he likes action series.
Oris asks if he likes telling stories.
Tony says he always has stories.
Nnenna walks in with a cameraman.

Tony gives her a leering look.
She gives him a look of disgust then tells Oris to follow her outside.
Oris and Nnenna leave.
Tony walks up to the cameraman and begins to ask questions about the function of the camera.
The cameraman shows him how the camera works.

Oris returns and the cameraman leaves.
Tony asks if he can go with the cameraman.
Bimpe and her crew are in Ene's place for their shoot.
The woman sponsoring the event asks Bimpe for the cake maker.
Bimpe calls Pippa on the phone to tell her that everyone is waiting.

Pippa says she can't make it.
Serena and Brenda's lawyer are having a meeting with Chief and his lawyer.
Chief's lawyer hands Serena a document and says they are Chief's conditions.
Serena and her lawyer say they can't accept it.
Dikibo comes to Amaka's office to ask what's going on.

Amaka says she has officially changed her name to his.
He asks what sort of game she's playing.
Amaka says she only wants them to be one in every way.
Dikibo says that ship has sailed.
She asks what she should do.
He tells her they should get a divorce and the sooner, the better.

As he turns to leave, he tells her to undo the change of name immediately, to Amaka Ade Williams.
He walks out.
Amaka is almost in tears.
