Me: and you rock that suit babe
Henry: you know what is missing in your outfit
Me: what!

He took out a box of earings… I kissed him
Me: thank you babe
Henry: I love you
“me too” a tiny voice said from the door we all turned to look at her it was Lorato and she was grinning mischievously holding a pink flower. She was looking really adorable in her pink dress and the hair bow She came over to me and I put her on my laps.

Me: I love you too baby
I planted a kiss on her forehead
Henry: you naughty girl… you stole a line that was supposed to be sent to me
Lorato: well we ruined mom’s dress and she was really upset earlier on so I don’t want her to be mad at me anymore

Me: hey… I kissed you right… it means I am not mad at you anymore
Lorato: really… does that mean I can go and play at the garden with Tshepi
Me: you are going to ruin your pretty princess dresses and uncle Zenzie is going to mad at you for turning up at his wedding in a dirty dress

She giggled and henry carried her.
Henry: you are wrinkling mommy’s dress
Lorato: kiss me
He kissed her cheek and she returned the kiss on henry’s kiss
Lorato: I kissed you last

I turned back to the mirror that line meant Lorato just challenged his father to a kiss fight. They will be kissing each other until henry gives up because she won’t ever give up.

We arrived at the venue of the place people where already gathering so I headed straight to the brides room. I opened the room and found her alone on the bed. She was in her wedding gown but she was crying. I held her arm and she flinched.

Fadz: I said I want to be alone
She yelled and when she realized it was me she stopped protesting and hugged me. I don’t really understand what is wrong because last night I talked to her on the phone and she was excited.

Me: what happened?
She sniffed and let out a teary laugh
Fadz: nothing… I am just so… I thought I had everything under control but i.. i.. I have never been nervous in my life… I have never been this scared in my life…. Have never felt like crying for doing something that I love so much… I don’t know what is wrong with me… I am messed up.

This feeling…. I hugged her and let her cry in my arm, she has always had something about her that makes me love her so much and right now she is reminding me of how I felt on my second wedding. I knew that I loved Henry with all my heart but I dont know where those other doubts were coming from. I mean I was already to the man but it felt like I was getting married for the first time, he actually paid my bride price again. Henry had specifically told everyone not to bother themselves with any wedding preparations. I was not sure what to expect but i was so overwhelmed with a mixture of emotions.
