Lo and behold it was a maid(early morning oo.), and she told dave his attention would be needed in the throne room. He promptly went there to see the king.

After greeting the king, he then said:
“you sent for me?”

king: “yes, i did. I wanted to know if you are still travelling today, because the sun is about to rise, and you’ve not yet prepared, have you?”

Dave: “i am still travelling today, your highness. I was doing the preparations when the maid called me”.

King: “oh, oh, oh. I am sorry for disturbing you. When you are through, come and see me”.

Dave: “my king, you can never be a disturbance to me. Whatever i am doing can wait.”

king: “i have heard you, but i still insist. When you are through come around.”

dave: “as your lordship pleases”.
He returned to his room and continued with his packing and arranging. Dave yawned and he smelt the air and a thick stench hit his nose.
“IYAMIII, so na dis smelling mouth na i take talk to the king just now. Maybe that’s why he said we should discuss later”.

After arranging, he did the appeasing of all the tiny tiny gods, and then the long red god, and also took his bath.

He wore a casual dress first, and went to the throne room. The king asked to know more about dave’s uncle, and his famiy.

Afterwards, the king gave him 100k to use throughout his stay there.

Dave noticed that something is eating the king up. He was looking so sad and dull. Dave asked if anything was borthering the king, but he got a negative reply.

Minutes later
Dave had already worn something elegant to be used for the journey. He decided to visit phil and use the opportunity to bring abies’ car back. He needed the key so he went into her room to get it. He met her peacefully sleeping upon the fact that the time was already 7:30am. Just then he remembered that she must have an hangover, so its normal for her to sleep. He quietly(tiptoed) to her hand bag. He opened it and the key was smiling at him. He retrieved it, wanted to leave but he remembered he didn’t have her number. Her fone wasn’t passworded so it was easy. While going through her contacts, he stumbled on DAVE LUV. and the number matches his.

-how did she get my number? Why did she put luv behind it?-

He collected what he wanted and dashed out of the palace, with the intention of seeing Ovie when he got back.

He used a taxi so that he wouldn’t leave his car behind while bringing her(abies own).
Dave got to phil’s temporary residence(soon to be demolished. MONEY SPEAKS) and knocked on the door. He was hearing muffled sounds and no footsteps. He wanted to knock again but decided to listen.

-uh, uh, uh, hmm, hmm, yeah, yeah, yeah-

-BLOOD OF GOAT, so this guy just da fvck dis early morning? Who be that one self? He nor go fit ever change sha-.

He decided not to disturb him, but send him an sms that he has collected the car and he’ll soon be travelling. Then he added: “u na still bleeping champion oo”.

Some time later
The car was already in the palace and Dave was with ovie. They were playing, gisting and laughing(like say 2maro nor dey).

Dave didn’t forget to collect her number, and he then bade her farewell. He remembered that Abies has not gotten out since so he went to her room to bid her farewell.

He met a shocker when he opened the door and found Abies…….
