The looks and countenance on their faces was clearly visible, I don’t need a suit sayer to tell me that they were ready to stab us to death, luckily for us a tricycle came and I motioned the driver to stop which he did immediately I pushed Hilary and Cyndy inside the the tricycle and bide them good buy, I know that if I go with them that those hoodlums will chase us so I wanted to distract them so that my beautiful Cyndy can escape, bro what are you doing hop in let’s escape together my friend Hilary shouted with rage and concern, please let’s go together Cyndy also said with her marvelous voice, I looked up to them and smile I will take care of myself, bro just make sure Cyndy is safe I told my friend Hilary who was surprised and speechless, the guys were now very close with their cutlass and dagger ready to finish anybody they get, before they could get to were we will standing the keke has already zoomed off with a full speed following the famous akwa road leading to Enugu Onitsha express way….


I tried to run away the guy that was on the floor held my legs and I turn around to see the other five men very close to me, I used my left leg to match his hands and he shouted in pains and I took to my heels following the road leading to Gra Onitsha and the five guys pursued me with a full speed ready to strike me, they kept covering some distance getting closer to me at intervals, I was already getting weak and tired but I dare not stop before they will end my life, on getting to the junction demacating Gra Onitsha and 3-3 Onitsha, I switched to one narrow road and jumped into somebody’s compound holding my breathing heavily, it wasn’t up to two minutes the guys came and ran pass the compound in search of me, two minutes later when everywhere was calm, I stood up with the intention to jump out of the compound and escape…… Freeze don’t make any move I heard from my back I turned back to see a security man pointing a gun on me, so na you be thief wey dey thief for dis yard abi, he asked with anger, no sir I am not a…… I didn’t even finish the statement somebody hit me a very big stick from behind…… I staggered front my legs began to shake, I looked up to the sky and said Lord accept my soul in thy paradise, I couldn’t take it anymore I fell on the ground and everywhere went black……
