“Bella, thought I told you to wait in the car.” Tony said running up to her.

“Well, you know what they say, Curiosity kills the cat.” She says wiping the pie off her face.

The older woman walked up to them and says, “Oh Tartar sauce. How could I have missed such a big head.”

“That’s because you are growing old.”Tony teased.

‎ She saw how the pie had been smeared all over Isabella’s white gown. ‎”Oh my, this looks expensive. I’m so sorry.”
“It’s okay ma, I had it coming. Tony told me earlier to stay in the car.”

“Well a woman should always listen to her man.”The woman says. “Such a sweet girl, tell me Jayden, who is she?”

“Don’t call me by my middle name.”Tony whispers, feeling shy.

“Oh my bad, alright JJ tell me, who is she?” The granny asks.

Isabella couldn’t stop her self from laughing at the two. “What’s JJ?” She asks.
“JJ is a cool way of saying Jayden Jefferson.” The granny says.

“It’s not cool.” Tony sighed and says to Isabella.” Bella meet my ‎Granny nanny. Mrs Ellsworth” Then he faced his nanny and says. “Meet my fiancee, Isabella Willis.”
“Oh my, She’s so beautiful. You made the right choice. Come here my dear.” She says giving Isabella a hug.”What are you waiting for? Come on in.”

She led Isabella in and Tony was just about to make it inside when a huge pie came flying towards him, this time the pie was twice as big and came really fast, it was too late for Tony to dodge. The pie landed right in his face.
“That’s what you get for calling such a beautiful damsel, old.”

Even though Tony’s eyes were covered in pie, he knew that voice anywhere.

“Jade, you naughty girl. When did you get here.” I said while I was scrapping pies off my face.

“Just yesterday.” She says.
Jade happens to be my nanny’s only granddaughter,we basically grew up together, so she’s like a sister to me. She’s in her early twenties and she’s in college.
“Wait, what are you doing here Jade, shouldn’t you be at school? Hold on a sec don’t tell me you….”I was saying.
“That I’m through with college? Okay I won’t tell you.” She says.

Okay, so she’s no longer in college.
“Wow that’s good news, we ought to celebrate it.” I said.

“Way ahead of ya uncle, I already ordered for a cake, tons of drinks a golden crown, a disco ball, a….” She was saying.
“A disco ball?” I asked.

“Yeah uncle, I mean who throws a party without a disco ball.” Jade says.

“Wow Mrs Elsworth your granddaughter looks so very beautiful.” That came from Isabella.
The truth be told, Isabella wasn’t exaggerating, Jade’s the epitome of beauty. Her smiles always come with lovely dimples and she had blue eyes which she got from nanny, I also have blue eyes, not sure who I got it from though, my dad didn’t have one so maybe my mom did. Jade might be naughty at times but she’s a lovely and caring girl. Any man would be lucky to have her.

“Uhm, I was kind of thinking we should just have a family get together, you know, something like a family dinner.” I said, trying to evade a party.

“No way.” Jade says waving her index finger in the air.”We are having a party and we are having it tonight.”

“Not at my house missy.” Nanny said.

“I’m not throwing the party here granny.” Jade says.

“Where then?” I asked.
“Your friend, Zach has agreed to let me throw the party at his house, today’s his son’s birthday, so we’re having a double party.”Jade replied excitedly.
