Unbreakable Love - Season 1 - Episode 4

*As much as we would all like to pretend that our exes cease to exist after we have broken up with them, the harsh reality is that they are still very much living their day to day lives, even after they have stopped being a part of ours. What to do when you run into an ex?*

Having to see someone you used to love and who rejected you, can actually make you physically hurt, which is why having to see each other in person can be so tough.

“Stevie, my man. How are you?” greeted Daniel.

Stevie didn’t answer, his eyes on Bianca. She looked down couldn’t hold a gaze with him.
“Bianca!” He called out softly.

She looked straight up and could see right through his eyes that he was hurting.
“Have a nice day you two.”
He took a step away from them and stopped when he called out.

“You are invited at our wedding. Taking place in a week,” he smirked.

Stevie ignored him and walked out of the restaurant.

He couldn’t believe what his eyes had seen but even a circle changes rolls sometimes. He felt like a CD on decks, he kept spinning. Eventually turning into sea of emotions. He felt broken, betrayed by the ones he loved. Not even if his emotional picture went from analogue to digital. He decided to walk back a walk of pain sorrounded by the darkness of night and his ears turned deaf yet the Boise within his heart stayed hollowed to his flesh. Under a canopy of pain how will this pain find peace, a peace with a peace meal not piece meal, what stories then will he tell his family knowing he had been with her through thick and thin. She was all he had ever known. Does he tell them lies she kept feeding him? When they had promised them with candles of hope and boasted brighter tomorrow even in days of darkness. Do he return to them with emptiness?

What then shall he tell them no question to answer. He felt broken from the fact that knowing his own friend who he trusted was sharing bed in hidden corners. But He won’t accept being half love, it’s time he moved on. He would no longer be her Lion King, hakuna matata. Bet he just was only a mufasa cause she always had a soft spot for pretty boys.

His phone kept ringing but a look at the phone and the sadness from his face did not match.

The sobriety he always had soon faded in a liquor bottle. He wanted to end his life but the thought of doing so scared him. He wasn’t ready just get to leave this world.

In the morning he woke up to major headaches and out phone. He starts his car and he remembers nothing of what had happened after he drowned in sorrow. He gets to a hotel and puts his phone on charge. He then takes a shower and just as soon as the last water droplets fall to the ground the calls start coming. He took his phone and smashed on the floor. He didn’t want to be with anyone at that particular moment. He needed to get away from him, her..from everything.

He took his car keys and drove home. Parked his car at the garage and walked inside the house. His mother pacing up and down the room.
“My baby,” She ran to him and held him tighly in her arms. “I was worried about you. Where have you been?”
“Out!” He sat on the sofa.
“Just out. You didn’t come home last night,” she sat beside him. “What happened to you?” she asked concerned.
“Could you just stop asking me stupid questions?!” he shouted. “Can’t you see I am hurting. I can’t cope without Bianca. It’s as if though my world revolved around her. I miss her very much. After what she had done there is a part of me that still loves her. Tell me how I am supposed to live without her. Four years mother. Four d--n years. I have been faithful to her. I have loved her and nobody else. What do I get? A betrayal.”

“I am sorry, son. But please don’t do this to yourself. She didn’t deserve you. There are so many women out there. Move on already.”
“Easy for you to say that. Right mother?”
“Where are you going?” she asked him walking out in the middle of a conversation.
He ignored his mother and went to his room. He locked the door and took his suitcase. He started packing his clothes. He wanted to leave the place.
It was around 6pm when he walked out of his room with his suitcases. His parents shocked seeing him carrying the bags. After they had been knocking on his door with no response. His father got up from his feet.
“Where are you going?”
Stevie took a deep breath, sat on the sofa.
“I am going back to England!”
“What?!” exclaimed in unison.
“Wh wh wh .. Is this some kind of a joke,” asked his mum.

“No, I am going back to England. First thing tomorrow morning. I will be spending the night at a hotel.”

“Son, come on. Is this about Bianca?”
“Dad! Don’t mention her name. I wish to be hit by a car so that I forget her name. I am not planning to stay in the Country. I am leaving.”
“No no no don’t go please,” begged his mother.

“I am sorry mum. It’s a goodbye for now. My taxi is here. I will leave my car,” he said walking out. “Take good care of mum, dad. I don’t know when I will be back.
