After we are through with the lunch.everybody was very happy.some minutes later. *clear throat*i have an anouncement.i said to everyone.my dad was suprise.he asked me to go ahead with the anouncement.i move closer to My Adaeze and knelt down in her front.i start.

all this while Adaeze was still silent.she wanted to speak.when the door to the sitting room open again.and here stand is my sister and her hubby.they came inside and saw everybody quiet.she wanted to speak but immediately she saw me kneeling down.she asked.mom what is happening here.why is brother jerry kneeling down.ssssh.my mom said to her.and without any other word she kept quiet.her husband joined chuks in standing.

YES.i will marry you.Adaeze’s voice brought everybody back to our thought.

ME.please repeat.what did you just said.
ADAEZE.i said yes.i will spend my the rest of my life with you.i will marry you.

Chai!i shouted.without wasting futher time.i fixed the ring into her finger.coz delay can be dangerious.she pulled me up from my kneeling position.i looked into her eyes and gave her a passionate kiss.there was an applause from everyone.thank you for making me a happy man.i said to her.she was busy smiling.my mom came closer and gave us a hug.like wise my sister.i exchange pleasantries with my sister’s hubby.congratulation.my prince.that was the voice of chucks.thanks bro.we huged each other.he wanted to hug my Adaeze but i gave him the eyes of.if you try it.i will bite you ear.and he retreat immediately.lols.the engagement party was awesome.i thought it was going to be a small party.but chucks and my sister proved me wrong.that particular day was one of my happiest day in my entire life.Adaeze is finally mine.thank you lord.God always have plains for each and everyone of us.never give up in what ever you are doing.your blessing might delaye but it can never denied. i was looking for a wife.but God made me to find my wife.but in a hard way.the party finally came to an end.i and chucks gisted for a while.before he left.like wise my sister and her hubby also left.it was getting late and Adaeze told us that she will be leaving.we exchanged spite.i mean kiss.before i bade her good night.
