I turn and behold my dad was standing.he shouted my name jerryyy.and with full speed he jumped on me.my son.my son.my son.why. what happy to you.?.before i could answer him.my one and only sister came in with her little son.she came towards me and jump on me. I couldn’t hold her any longer. i fell back on the bed holding her.she stil held me tight with tears droping from her eyes.my big brother.what happend to you.why did you leave us to suffer.she asked me.

ME.my baby.it’s a long story.just thank God that i am still alive.
My dad face was full with all smiles.my mom was busy sheading tears.i guess tears of joy.she knelt down and started thanking God.
KING.my son.my boy.is this really you?.
ME.my king.the highness.the lion of Arewa kingdom.the only man that fought and defeated a lion.nnam ukwu.(i hailed me).i am alive.your son is alive.
QUEEN.my prince.my only eyes i use to see..i thought i will never set my eyes on you again.(she said in tears)

KING.hmm.when we got the news that you were dead.she cried all night.she refused to eat or drink anything.she even suffered from a heart-attack.and nearly gave up.if not the family doctor that helped us retrieved her back.the story would have been difference.
ME.are you serious?

MY SISTER.yes o.she nearly drank poison.if not one of the maid that came and called daddy.
ME.aah.mummy why na?assuming you killed yourself.what would you tell God.
QUEEN.my dear.you will never understand what i went through.i can’t leave and see the one i love must gone just like that.it wasn’t my fault.it’s the love that have for you.

ME.okay.mom i understand you very well.but thank God that am still alive.
The three of them came and huged me tight.ooh.i felt love again.i really missed them.don’t ever use your family to play.coz nothing like a family.there love are special.no place like home.i said to myself.
We finally disengage our self.and my dad asked.
KING.my son.what really happend to you.because the last time i saw you.you went out with your two guards.and some hour later your second guard came back shouting and panting.i asked him what really happen.and he said that some horrible looking men took you away.they even shot your driver.but he was rushed to the hospital.just last month.he was discharged(i thought the guard died when he was shot.well thank God he survived). We informed the police immediately for your missing.but all there effort to find you was aborted.so some days later.a man walked into the palace and delivered the worse message.i wish i never heard.(he paused for some seconds).
ME.what was the message all about?.
KING.he came into the palace and told us.that he saw your body lieing dead at Agba express way.i asked the man to take us to the place he saw your body.he took us to the place. when we got there.your body wasn’t there any more.we searched for you for days.but nothing positive happened.i wanted nobody to know that you were dead or missing.but i didn’t know how the news was spread that the prince of Arewa kingdom is dead.your mother and i wept for months for you.we informed the police to find your body for us.that even though you died.let them find your body for us.i never knew that God has other plain for us.

ME.hmm.dad.is a long story.i will tell you people later.
QUEEN.i am the happiest woman on earth.
MY SISTER.me too.welcome back my only brother.
KING.this calls for a celebration. He orders one of the guards to go and tell the town crayer.to tell everybody in Arewa kingdom.both old and young.to come to the palace and celebrate with us over the return of his missing son.immediately the guard left to deliver the message.

Three hours later the palace was full with people.everybody from Arewa kingdom was present.the D.Js were busy blowing every one with music.there was enough to eat and drink. My dad orderd the maildens to dress me up with the best dressing.after they were through with the dressing.i looked at myself at the mirror.woow.i never knew that i was that handsome.i was puting on my royal rope.everything that i wore was royal.i smiled and said this is the real prince jerry.i wanted to call my long lost friend chuks.but i declined it.i will visit him unanounced.the celebration kicked off by 5pm in the evening.i was suprise with the crowed that came to the palace.and at the same time i was pleased to see them.the DJs were busy pumping the music for the people.

My dad came inside my chamber and anounced to me that some state officials were in the sitting room.and i should come and greet them.i looked into the mirror once more with a smile.i left the room to greet so called officials.immediately i got to the sitting room.i looked around and saw the pot belles politicial sitting and smilling at me.what amazed me most was when i saw the DEPUTY GOVERNOR(juliet’s dad)amoung them.
