Adaeze was silent for some seconds before she finally said she will be in my room shortly.she then hang the call.

My heart was beating faster as if it will fall out from my chest.i drank a glass of water to reduce the beat.still it was beating to the highest degree.i have woe many beautiful girls and my heart wasn’t beating as fast as this.why Adaeze’s own so special.i can’t tell. Some minutes later i heard a knock on my door.i open the door for her and she came in.she was in her white nightie rope.my Adaeze is always beautiful.she sat down ontop the bed.and said.

ADAEZE.you were sounding so serious on the phone.hope no problem.
ME.no.not at all.
ADAEZE.so why do want to see me urgently.
ME.erm.i mean erm.nothing.
ADAEZE.nothing.you mean you just wanna see me for nothing.and you were sounding so serious on the phone.
ME.erm.not really (chai!see weting love dey do a whole prince like me.i don suffer.see weting i dey do myself).i just want to check how you are doing to nigh.that was why i called you.

ADAEZE.i don’t believe that.there are other things attached to it.just tell me what you called me for or i will never talk to you again.
ME.(were will i start from now.upon the A.C.that was blowing inside the room.hot sweat was droping from my body)erm Ada.i hope you won’t get offended if i tell you this things that is always on my mind.(sounding a little bit confidence ).

ADAEZE.just go ahead.i won’t be offended.
ME.Okay!Ada (i start) how could i say this to make it simple.how could i say this not to offend you.how could i say this without making you cry.ever since i set my eyes on you.i have grown ths strange feeling inside.the feling is very specia coz i havn’t felt this way to any other woman(i looked at her face. she was silent.not smilling not angry.)*talk continue* Ada.you are the one that always makes me smile.each time i looked at your face.i always wish that you are mine.i won’t lie to you.for to lie to a goddess like you is a sin.i know that you you are still suffering from the heart broken.and you need some time to be heal.but i can’t wait or hide my feeling any longer.coz if do i might die.i know that i am not in the class of guys.you want to be with or who your dad and your mom want you to be with.but i Ada i know what am feeling for you.i can’t hide it or decieve you dear.i love you with my mind.my soul and my body.i really love you from heart to skin.just give me a chance.and you will never regret it.please Adaeze.

There was silent in the room.for more than four(4)minutes.i have finally drope the load that was bothering me all this while.everything is left for her now.ADA please say something.your silent is killing me .
ADAEZE.honestly.i don’t know what to say right now.you see.i really like you alot CHIDI.(i was very happy to hear that)but like i told you.i don’t want be in another relationship with any other guy again.please lets be friends as we are.

ME.ADA.i don’t need friendship.i want love.true love with you.i want to be the one that will always protect you.makes you smile.and be with you when you are lonely.Ada.the love i have for you.no wind can blow it away.

ADAEZE.i have heard you.but you men always have sweet tongue.after getting what they want. they will turn into a beast over night.
ME.come on dear.you said men.but am man not men.i will never treat you bad nor hurt or make you cry.if you want i can swear with my blood.you save my life.when i was lifeless.trust me dear. if you just say yes to me.i will be the happiest man on earth.please make me a happy man.

ADAEZE.hmm.you said it all.but you have to give me time to think about it.
ME.like how long.please don’t keep me waiting.
ADAEZE.just give me enough time.like i said.good night(she stood up and left without any other word to me.

I slept happily that night.eve though i don’t know what her reply will be.i was pround of myself.for being a man when needed.
11am the following day.i packed my bag inside the booth.the king and lolo came and gave me there blessing.and bade me good bye.Adaeze finally came out.her face was dull as if she has been crying.i walked to her and held her hand.

ME.Ada.you look very dull this morning. what happen?.

ADAEZE.so you are finally going?.
ME.yes my love (she smiled)i hate to go but i have to go.

ADAEZE.hmm.i will miss you.

ME.i will miss you more dear.ADA.what about the thing we discused last night.please i am still weting for you answer.

ADAEZE.hmm.lover boy.well i have heard you.(she said smilling).

ME.is that a yes.(i wanted to scream).
ADAEZE.let me just give you a chance.
ME.ADA.you are keeping me suspence.please talk.

ADAEZE.ok.okay.we are cool. YES i have agree to date you.

ME.(jumping like a person that score the winning goal in world cup finals.my Adaeze was busy laughing).

ME.Ada.thank you for making me a happy man finally.i love you.

ADAEZE.i love you too.(smilling).
She promise to visit me the following week.before we disengage ourself.i bade her good bye.before zoomed off.AREWA
