I came out of the gate and saw Justina waiting for me outside, i was
shock because i wasnt expecting to see her.
Me: Justina? “i ask as if i nor know her again”

i walk up to were she stand under one big tree “how did you know i was here?
Just: i followed you. “she said and walk to me akwardly” how are you doing?
Me: hiah you followed me, where did you see me?

again as we started walking home slowly”

Me: really because i dont remember seeing you there when i look at your house.
Just: thats it, i was even surprise you didnt see me because i was
inside the house and i opened one of our window and was waving at you,
but you continue starring at the ground as if you lost money..

Me: waoh, i didnt see you oh.
Just: then you must be blind, and even self i shouted your name after
waving you with no success but yet you still shun me.

Me: i didnt shun ni, i didnt hear your call.
Just: na wetin you they think like that wey you come become mad man
for main road?.
Me: you nor go understand oh, as i they here so i be dead man walking.
Just: no be you oh, i rebuke oh.
Me: hmmm my life they turn upside down and i nor even fit control am self.
Just: wetin you mean?
Me: well just forget about the matter, no be something wey them they
talk for road okay.

Just: nah i cant forget something like this that seriously need my attention.

Me: your attention?
Just: of course or are you surprise?
Me: kind of.
Just: you better not oh, we are almost close to my house now why not
come in let me entertain you.

Me: i dont know i seriiously need to go home now.

Just: come on please na am alone at home and i seriously need your company.
Me: you are alone “na only that word i grab”

Just: yes am alone ” we don they reach her house”
Me: what of your parents?
Just: they went to farm oh and the kids go to school so am alone.

Me: what of you why didnt you go to school na?

Just: forget them joor that school no serious “i think shes right”
Me: okay i hope you go offer me something if i come oh.

Just: of course anything you WANT.
Me: hmmmm oya na make we they go.
We continue gisting as we enter the road to her house, wetin really
make me agree be say i nor get wetin i wan go do for house now and
since she dey alone for house na big opportunity for me to woo her oh,
as varth don talk am say na stubborn girl she be so me i need to run
the package gently oh i nor want any fucckup oh,.

We enter her house and she open door for me to come in, their parlour
they nice just like village parlour with normal black and white TV and
Video player (na those things they reign that time).

Just: welcome oga.
Me: thank you madam.
Just: lol i never reach madam oh.

Just: haha so na im make you call me madam back, hmm abeg sit down
make i go buy malt for you joor.
Me: okay i they wait.

I sat at one long bench as i watch her storm out to go and buy the
malt, see as she just leave me alone for their house, what if i come
thief something now nko, i stood up and walk to their Video player, i
look at their cassete and saw those old super story movie titled “Oh
Father Oh Daughter” something like that, i nor like the drama at all
so i just drop and walk back to sit down, as i wan sit down i hear
something make noise for backyard, the sound they scary like cricket,
i walk to the back door of the house and what i saw shock me very
well, i saw a big calabash pot with cloudy smoke coming out of it and
with a bad odour, the pot just they there ontop one small man made
oven, as i move closer to get a clearer view then i heard from my
back.
